Ticket purchases are subject to a two-day advance notice requirement before the performance date. Online ticket sales will not be activated until that deadline passes. All transactions must occur through the official website; reselling is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of suspicious orders. The showroom enforces a minimum purchase of two items per guest. Seating follows first-come, first-served policy except for reserved group tables and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during live performances. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.
