All visitors entering Agganis Arena must undergo security screening procedures that may involve metal detectors to maintain maximum safety standards. Guests are required to leave behind any objects that could compromise the well-being, viewing experience, or comfort of other attendees. Per building regulations and security protocols, prohibited items include but extend beyond: alcoholic drinks, outside food or beverages, glass containers, coolers, firearms or weapons, illegal substances, animals, loud horns or noisemakers, confetti, inflatable objects, frisbees, laser pointers, large bags exceeding 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches, banners, selfie sticks, poles or sticks, folding chairs, stools, skateboards, roller blades, and other similar items. Arena staff may confiscate any object they determine violates building policy or security rules. No check-in services are provided for stored belongings.
