FITZGERALDS SIDEBAR hosts an exclusive showcase of BLUE ROSEFREE! The act combines delicate vocals with sharp guitar work, weaving thoughtful lyrics and dreamy soundscapes to explore diverse facets of Americana musicfrom roots rock to contemporary folk. (Americana Highways). Led by singer-songwriter Jori Rose Griffith, the group pairs her feminine voice with an alternative edge. She explains that she has always been a deeply sensitive person who needed to express vulnerability through artdance, visual media, and songwritingand came to writing as a way to feel understood and gain self-knowledge. In May they released Blue Moon, which entered the Top 100 Americana charts and stayed there for more than five months. Produced by Noam Wallenberg (Vulfpeck, Mac Miller, NEEDTOBREATHE) and recorded at Chicagos historic Rax Trax Recording studio, the album earned them a live appearance on WGN. 2026 promises even greater excitement as they begin work on their second album and launch a regional tour.
