Shodō, the traditional Japanese art of brush calligraphy, combines mindful movement, flowing ink, and intentional strokes to transform written characters into expressive art. More than a writing technique, Shodō is a meditative practice that encourages focus, calm, and presence.This workshop is led by dedicated practitioner Manaha, who guides participants through the fundamentals of brush handling, stroke order, and more.
