We invite you to a talk with political scientist Ekaterina Schulmann and journalist Maksim Kurnikov, titled "The Emigration That Came to Power." The speakers will explore the political and media structures created by Russians in exile between 1900 and 1917, and how these institutions influenced broader social developments. Ekaterina Schulmann and Maksim Kurnikov are widely known for their program "Status," where they discuss current issues related to politics and history every week. During this live event, they will share their expertise and speak with the audience about the unique characteristics of Russian-speaking émigré communities more than a century ago.
