About the Event
The Japanese art of brush calligraphy blends mindful motion, fluid ink, and deliberate strokes to turn written characters into emotive artwork. Beyond writing technique, Shod is a meditative discipline fostering concentration, tranquility, and awareness. Accessible for novices, returning learners, and children, the class provides a welcoming setting to decelerate, align with breathwork, and encounter the elegance and lucidity of Shod within a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
