Capacity is limited to 5000 guests. Children aged twelve or younger must be escorted by an adult guardian at all times during the event. Every attendee, regardless of age group, requires a valid admission ticket for entry. Once you exit through the Fallsview Casino gates near the OLG Stage, no re-entry is allowed under any circumstances. Large backpacks and oversized bags are prohibited; only small handbags may be carried inside the venue. All personal belongings will undergo inspection by security personnel. Professional video cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted on site. Outside food and beverages are strictly forbidden within the event space. The main entrance opens one hour before the scheduled start time, while the OLG Stage box office begins operations two hours in advance. Access to the venue is available via the covered bridge from Fallsview Casino Resort or through the left side of the Galleria walkway at the casino.
