Capacity is limited to five thousand guests. Children twelve years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times. Every attendee requires a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age. Once patrons leave through Fallsview Casino gates near the OLG Stage, they cannot return inside. Large backpacks and bulky bags are not allowed; only small purses may enter the venue. All personal items will be searched by staff. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited on site. Outside food and beverages are strictly forbidden in the building. The box office at the OLG Stage begins operations two hours before the performance starts. Access to the OLG Stage is available through Fallsview Casino Resort's Galleria walkway, entering from the left side, or by crossing the covered bridge directly into the venue area near the intersection of Murray Street and Stanley Avenue at ground level.
