Capacity is limited to five thousand people. Children aged twelve or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Every guest, no matter their age, requires a valid ticket for entry. Once you leave the OLG Stage area through Fallsview Casino gates, re-entry is not allowed. Large backpacks and oversized bags are prohibited; only small purses may enter the venue, and all items will be searched by staff. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are forbidden on site. Outside food and beverages cannot be brought into the event space. The box office at OLG Stage begins operating two hours before the show starts. Access to the venue is available through the left side of the Galleria walkway within Fallsview Casino Resort, or via the covered bridge entrance from Murray Street/Stanley Avenue intersection at street level.
