Capacity is limited to 5,000 attendees. Children aged twelve or younger must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Every guest, regardless of age, requires a valid ticket for entry. Once guests leave the OLG Stage area through Fallsview Casino gates, no return is allowed. Large backpacks and bulky bags are prohibited; only small handbags may enter. All personal items will be inspected by security personnel. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted inside. Outside food and beverages are strictly forbidden within the venue. The box office at OLG Stage begins operations two hours before the performance starts. Guests can access the OLG Stage through Fallsview Casino Resort via the left side of the Galleria walkway or by crossing the covered bridge from Murray Street/Stanley Avenue intersection at ground level.
