Capacity is limited to five thousand attendees. Children aged twelve or younger must be supervised by an adult at all times during the event. Every guest, without exception, requires a valid ticket for entry. Once guests leave the OLG Stage through Fallsview Casino's main gates, they may not return inside. Patrons are requested to arrive without backpacks or large bags; only small purses will be allowed on-site, and all items must undergo inspection. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited. Outside food and beverages cannot be brought into the venue. The box office at OLG Stage begins operations two hours before the scheduled performance time. Access is available through the left side of the Galleria walkway within Fallsview Casino Resort or by crossing the covered bridge from Murray Street/Stanley Avenue intersection at street level.
