All attendees should reach the location ahead of time to permit sufficient duration for completing security screening procedures. It is recommended that you keep all precious belongings and superfluous articles at home. Please be aware that every bag will undergo inspection before admission into the venue. Backpacks, handbags or other bags exceeding 14 by 14 by 6 inches are prohibited inside. You may also be required to remove items from your pockets so they can be examined. Some events could involve physical searches of guests. Physical examinations will only be conducted by appropriately trained security staff members. Individuals who decline to submit to either a visual inspection or a pat-down search will not be permitted entry.
