No refunds are available, nor can tickets be exchanged. Every person entering the show must have a ticket. Except for balcony seating, all other seats are arranged on a single level. VIP PIT tickets provide premium front-row seating in the first three rows from stage with exclusive standing access directly before the stage. The VIP Balcony features cocktail tables and lounge chairs. Reserved Seating accommodates four people. The balcony includes private washrooms, bars, and table service for drinks. Access to the balcony involves stairs; there is no elevator available.
