Doors open thirty minutes before the scheduled start time. The entire experience lasts two hours and thirty minutes, featuring a twenty-minute intermission. All times are estimates and may be adjusted. Artists cannot be guaranteed for any specific show. Refunds will not be issued if an artist is unable to perform. A strict lockout policy applies; late arrivals must wait until the next break in the performance begins. The production is designed for children aged six and older, and every guest requires a valid ticket. Theatrical smoke, fog effects, flashing lights, and loud sounds are part of the show. Video recording and photography are not permitted at any time during the event.
